How to book?

• Kindly choose the service you want to book. 

• Email us or Whatsapp us at 81459216 and provide your event date and venue. 

• (Please note that you will need to book 1 Month in Advance for birthday packages and Mascot Service and atleast 2 weeks in advance for other services) Additional delivery charges of $20 will apply for venue in SENTOSA/Changi Airport/ And far off areas. 

• Send us your venue photo for decoration planning.

Payment Terms; 

• 50% deposit is required to book our slot. 

• Balance can be paid by cash/transfer on actual date. 

• We accept PAYLAH/PAYNOW

• Strictly NO REFUND for cancellation made within 14 days prior to event date.

• Any postponed of event shall be made within 7 days before event date.

Other terms:

• Setup for birthday packages will be made 2 hours in advance before event start. 

• Customer are responsible to return our decoration equipment such as: Table Cloth/Background settings/Balloon column poles/and other equipment in good condition. Charges may apply for damaged equipment. 

• We will not be liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities/party guests.
